Computer Networking and Network Administration

We provide services for both home networks and small to medium sized businesses. When we work for you, we do not accept phone calls to our cell phones from other clients.

We are professionals who eliminate the frustrations typically associated with managing a computer network. Some of the tasks include recommending and configuring servers, desktops and notebooks. We also maintain the networks and computers which are on the networks, both internally and at remote locations logging in by VPN (Virtual Private Network).

As Network Administrators we take on all the responsibilities of preventing and resolving issues, just as an employee would. Except, there are not all the additional expenses normally associated with employees such as; sick and vacation time, hiring replacements, training costs, health care, and other expenses.

We offer services including helpdesk, remote support, 24/7 monitoring and reporting, hardware and software repair, security, backups, and email.

For monitoring and maintenance, we focus on the health of the network along with all the computers, printers, and other devices attached to the network.

All of our client's information is treated with the utmost of confidentiality. Many times we are made aware of information regarding employee changes and do not disclose that information.

We are proficient with the following: Windows 2000, Windows Server 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7. Additionally we are skilled in the implementation of multiple backup solutions and MySQL.
